Today is your first day of dieting and training under my supervision. I’m glad you finally took action, and decided to work for your dream.
You did the right thing. I can assure you. I will not only help you diet and train the right way but also ensure you stay on the right track.
Today is all about your starting point.
In order to succeed, you must not only stay on track diet and training wise but you also have to learn to take daily action towards your goal.
And I want to make that “daily action” to be something that doesn’t affect your life or something that takes a lot of time to do.
This is why, every day we will talk about things you’ve done diet, training, and mindset wise, and to strengthen the good things you do and form habits, and reduce or eliminate the things that sabotage your progress. Things that are called negative habits.
People often ask me the following question: “Florin, how can I look like you?”
And that’s exactly the last question I would like to hear.
It’s like joining a martial arts class, and going straight to the guy with the black belt and ask him what do you have to do to reach his skills.
Everybody wants a shortcut.
Everybody wants the easy stuff. The simple stuff. The “magic bullet”.
And that’s one of the main reasons why people fail. They get deceived. Lied. And ultimately sold into nonsense and false hope.

Here’s a summary of what started this guy’s wish to get stronger:
At the beach party, Daniel meets Ali Mills, a high school cheerleader from Encino. The two fall for each other, which draws Johnny Lawrence’s, Ali’s ex-boyfriend, attention. But the wise Chinese master told him to just do what he is telling him. And the results will come. Everything will tie together as they will progress with training.
Now, back to our stuff… it’s kind of the same thing.
There are things you must do that will take you from where you are now, to the lean body transformation you seek but you must TAKE ACTION.
This is why you are here.
There’s no “magic bullet”, “no magic supplement”, none of these things.
You will go through a process step by step and you will reach the body you want.
And you must have patience. Greatness comes from doing things slowly and steady. Have you heard about “yo-yo dieting?”. I bet you’ve heard or at least experienced weight regain at least once.
This is what you will avoid because you will do things in a steady manner. Steady progress towards your lean body.
