It took me 6 years. Yes. You’ve heard right. 6 years.
Could I have done it faster?
But I didn’t had a guide like this back then.
I had to do plenty of mistakes until I got it right. Mistakes that set me back. But you won’t have to do them. I’ll make sure you’ll be prepared for muscle gaining the right way

As I was showing you in my Youtube clip, my first 2 years were full of mistakes. I could have done it better. But I didn’t knew how to train and diet the right way.
I remember my first attempt to gain muscle mass, like it was yesterday.
I was very skinny when I started
I was the type of guy that pack weight really hard.
And I was eating A LOT!
At the gym, I was simply destroying the muscle group I was training that day. I was sitting inside a gym, more than anyone there.
I was very motivated to gain muscle mass. In my mind, I was imagining that if I do more, I’ll get there faster. I was WRONG! I didn’t had a clue right then.
I was training until I couldn’t train that muscle group anymore. I remember then when I had to do arms, at the end of the training, I could barely lift my hand anymore.
The day after my training day was the WORST!
My arms were terminated.
I was in my last year in high-school, and getting ready for the final exams to go to a college, I was going to some math tutoring (I su*k at math). Those math lessons required a lot of writing. A LOT
Tell that to the teacher. I remember how I could barely lift my hand to write. I was in pain.
But my arms were still not growing. In fact, I saw very little growth to all my muscle groups. And I was training them as hard as I could.
This is what’s happening with many people.
This is what might happen to you too at a moment.
You can go to a gym 7 days a week, train like no one, do the most sets, reps, and all of that can be in vain.
The reality is:
- Training too much can sabotage you
- Training too little can ruin your gains
- Eating too much can make you fat
- Eatin too little can make you skinnier
- You have to eat the right amount of food, train just the right amount of time, sets, and reps. Nothing more, nothing less. That’s if you want optimal muscle gaining for your body capacity.
This is the DTM method.
