You took action. You just signed up for the one-day fat loss challenge. This simple step is the most important.
I want you to see something before we begin. Look at the right side picture – – – ->>>
That’s 1 pound of fat. It’s pretty big, isn’t it?
And now you can burn it away in just 1 day.
I want you to try a small mental exercise. I want you to imagine yourself getting up on a scale the morning after trying the 1-day fat loss diet.
I want you to imagine you’ve lost at least that much fat. It’s way more interesting, isn’t it?
And let me tell you something that might surprise you. I tried this diet even when I was at around 7% bodyfat. And it worked flawlessly. Here’s how I looked before trying it.
The main idea I want to reach to is that as your bodyfat is higher, the difficulty to lose fat is way lower.
If you are leaner just like me, you are going to have to be extremely strict with this.
If I managed to lose 1.27 kg in this situation, I dare to say you can lose at least 1 pound if you do it right.
You just have to apply what you learn here.
HERE’S WHAT THIS DIET IS ALL ABOUT
I had enough of all these nonsense guides around the internet that are about “rapid weight loss”. You know, those guides we all see around like “19 methods of losing fat fast and get rid of love handles,” “The “insert super secret method diet for extremely hyper focused fat loss.”
Most of the time, those guides and diets are a scam.
They don’t work. And if by a weird chance they work, they will almost always put you through extreme physical training, bs nutritional advice, and at risk of losing muscle mass.
And you don’t want to lose muscle mass. Why’s that?
Well, here’s how much muscle mass you can gain naturally over the course of 1 year if you train, and diet the right way, and consistently:
- First year: 20-25 pounds
- 2nd year: 10-12 pounds
- 3rd year: 5-6 pounds
- 4th year: 2-3 pounds
If you are still in your first year of training, then you might have a chance to gain quite a bit of muscle mass. But if you are over that, every pound of muscle mass counts.
And with bs diets that don’t educate you correctly on how to setup a balanced diet, and training program, you are doomed to lose precious muscle mass.
You can imagine muscle mass as being as valuable as diamonds in real life. It’s extremely hard to get.
And some people might say: “you are wrong Florin… If I eat big and train well, I can put 1-2 pounds a week. What’s up with your skewed calculations?”
Yes, but from those 1-2 pounds/week, a maximum amount of muscle mass might be 100-250 grams. The rest will be water and fat.
Anyways. The point I want to make is that when you diet like this, you can’t do it continuously. You’ll lose muscle mass, and potentially mess up your hormones. Which will make fat loss even harder.
One day is the maximum period I recommend you to do this diet. If you still want to continue with rapid weight loss, I’d prepare myself for the Extreme Fat Loss Diet which is a 4-day fat loss diet with which I lost 8.6 pounds.
But you can continue with that one only after you take at least a 3-5 days break from rapid dieting.
HOW THIS DIET CAN MAKE A POSITIVE AND LASTING CHANGE IN YOUR MIND, BODY FAT, AND SET YOU ON THE RIGHT TRACK
Usually, most people run after big wins. You know big victories. For example, you can hear people saying: “I’ll want to look like Arnold next year”, or “I want to lose 30 pounds in 2 months”, or any other exaggerated goal.
And if you look on Youtube, it’s the perfect HOPE creation machine. Why?
You have to manage your expectations right.
Sadly, because of Youtube, and many of so called “fat loss gurus” around the internet, people start thinking that all those amazing transformations in like six months or 1 year, can be replicated if they just keep it doing it.
The first step before you go on this road of attaining a great physique through fat loss, is to manage your expectations. To feel what you and your body is capable of achieving.
And for this, you need small WINS.
The road to any natural and long lasting transformation is paved with small victories.
I want you to feel the victory fast. I want you to get motivated to continue even further after you finish with this diet. I want to help you succeed at something that you previously felt it was impossible.
After you do this challenge and achieve rapid weight loss, you’ll get a strong mental impulse to continue further. You’ll be way more motivated to do it.
Trust me. I don’t know how motivated you are right now when you are reading this guide, but I can assure you that after you finish this challenge, your motivation will skyrocket.
And back to managing expectations, let me give you some good news: I can help you reach a body transformation way faster than mine. Look how much it took me to get there:
If you take a look at other transformations, they are crazy. Mine can seem like nothing. I think that’s one reason why the view count is not so big as with other videos.
I can’t be that one that gets ripped in 1 year, and goes from fat to fit just like snapping fingers. Because that’s only a LIE. And sadly, this industry is full of liars, and people that are HOPE sellers as I like to name them.
Anyways, let me get back to this diet, and quit rambling. Here’s how I did my transformation:
When you want to lose weight naturally, and you want to do it without losing muscle mass, you have to take it slowly. How slowly?
The rate of pure fat loss should be somewhere around 1-2 pounds per week. And again, some people might say this is too little.
Indeed, this might sound little if you have to lose over 50 pounds but if you are currently in a state where you have to lose like 10-20 pounds to be lean, then this is the right way.
You can lose weight in these 2 main manners:
- Old school weight loss – the so-called wonder diets that make you eat just a type of food each day, or starve yourself to lose a few pounds. You might have heard of yo-yo dieting. And these diets mostly make you lose weight temporarily, and you’ll most likely get all of it back in a short period of time. These diets make you lose fat and muscle mass.
- The right way to lose fat – you lose just pure fat, and keep your muscle mass. This 1-day fat loss challenge will help you lose just the fat, and no muscle mass. And even with my 4 day fat loss diet with which I lost 8.6 pounds, I haven’t lost strength at all (this means I maintained my muscle mass). That’s why I recommend weight training. So you can keep your hard-earned muscle mass. NOTE: This is true just for one day. Don’t attempt to do it more than this. It can make you lose muscle, and mess up with your hormones. But if you do it for 1 day, it’s fine.
Before you move forward, I want you to do something that takes seconds, but that can help you on tremendously if you do it right.
I’m all about mental motivation, and mental boost. Because the mind is the most important tool we all have.
You can know everything there is to know about something you can do but if you don’t put your mind into it, if you are not motivated, if you don’t feel the drive, you won’t do it. But I want this to be different.
Don’t procrastinate with this opportunity. Don’t just throw it in the back of your hard drive, and let it collect dust. In that case, you’d never know how much weight you could have lost in just 1 day. Maybe life will get the best of you, and you’ll forget about it. Maybe something shows up, and you won’t be able to do it.
WHAT TO DO RIGHT NOW BEFORE YOU MOVE TO THE NEXT STEP
Tell a friend of yours that you are doing a 1 day diet that you found on the internet, and that it’s a challenge to lose at least 1 pound in a day. And watch his reaction.
Most people won’t believe it. They might say: “How is this possible?”, “It’s surely a bs diet.”
I’ve heard it too. Many times.
But when I did it and showed my results, they all stopped laughing and wanted to try it too. So this is more like a personal challenge to you. Make it a mental challenge.
