Ingredients
  • 1 egg white
  • 140 grams tuna
  • 10 grams low-fat cedar cheese
  • 10 grams oats
  • 40 grams chopped onion
Instructions
  1. Take all the ingredients and mix them well into a bowl.

  2. Using medium heat, spray some non stick cooking spray on stovetop.

  3. Shape the tuna mix into patty with your hands.

  4. Place it onto pan.

  5. Cook on stove for 3 minutes on one side and 3 other minutes on the other side.

  • 300 grams Low-fat cottage cheese I used one with 17% protein and 0% fat
  • 150 grams Tomatoes
  • 50 grams Green Onion
  • 150 grams Cucumber
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Cut the green onion in small chunks

  2. Mix the green onion and cheese in a bowl. Add salt

  3. Chop the tomatoes and cucumbers and add to the mix
