- True 1 to 1 experience – the maximum number of clients with which I am currently working is 5 (at the moment I don’t have more time than 2 clients at a time). I am working with just a few people because I want to offer you the best experience you can have from a virtual trainer. Compared to other trainers that have hundreds of clients and don’t really have time to mold the diets and training programs after a individual, I do exactly the opposite: everything is personalized for you
- Unlimited email access – Yes, you heard me well. Any kind of question you might have, you can send me a mail and I will respond in the fastest way I can. I am most of the time at the PC. Some people chose to send daily emails, some send just weekly. It’s your choice. Either way, it is fine with me.
- Mindset and motivation – Because I am a person that automotivates himself and reads a lot, I like to motivate you to reach the body you want to. It doesn’t matter which is it, I’ll motivate you to reach it, as I did with myself. And I won’t do it just because you pay me. I am enthusiastic for every opportunity I get to help and change someone’s life for better.
- Apps and automatization – I will offer you my personal recommendation when it comes to fitness and nutrition apps. If you own a smartphone, we’ll simplify the way we track your progress. We’ll leave the pen and paper behind.
- Phone calls or skype – Sometimes, I’ll have to help or explain a concept through phone or skype. I want to do this so you can understand everything we are trying to make, easier. I’m here to help you.
- Meal plans and training tracking – I will follow your progress and you will get instant feedback. This way, we can make the necessary adjustments to your diet and training so you can get continuous progress
- Private inner circle fitness – If you haven’t decided yet, let me get it to another level. I created a private forum area just for you. You’ll have your own spot in which you can write down your training and diet. Not only this but inside the private forum area, I can offer you my full support day by day, hour by hour.
