How I Came Up With This Strategy

When I first started dieting, I was like any person out there. Planning what to eat, when to eat, respecting a generalized eating pattern, training hard.

Sure, I was getting results but not the way I wanted.

I wanted fat loss to be simple, easy, without thinking too much about eating, and of course with the foods I liked.

There had to be a way to do it. But how?

I just tested every diet I could put my hands on, gathered results, tested more, came up with the best performing one. This one.

Until I released this dieting strategy, I tested different eating protocols for the last 4 years. Basing my tries on research, I did a lot of testing. Some results were good, other protocols made me lose muscle mass and strength, and some of them were not working at all.

But in the end, I came up with the winning strategy.

This strategy involves an eating technique that was used subconsciously by our ancestors, and up until around XIII century.

Sadly, as food availability went up, so this method of eating disappeared. While people didn’t name it like I named it, it’s still the basic pattern they used.
