About Flo

Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer (Scandinavia School), I started lifting weights since 2009.

When I first started, the internet "fitness craze" wasn't so developed so I mostly bought books and went through diets and training programs through trial and error.

90% of the diets out there, you name it, I probably tried it. Same with training programs.

I experienced all sorts of problems through the journey to my current body: plateaus that seemed impossible to overcome, weight regain due to diets that were not fitting my lifestyle, and stupid overtraining due to badly programmed workouts (yes, I also copied and followed internet diet and training fads - most of them).
